My work with patients takes a lot of my energy and therefore I need to restore
the balance of my aura and energy. This I accomplish by doing pranajama yoga
and different forms of meditation, these exercises taking usually about two to
three hours a day. I also eat a special vegetarian diet and go swimming and do
gym three times a week.
